I-140 Premium Processing Coming Soon

The American Immigration Lawyers Association has announced that their Service Center Operations Liaison has confirmed with USCIS that the plan to expand premium processing to certain I-140 petitions is imminent. An announcement is expected very soon, with implementation targeted by the end of August. Please note that no exact date has been set, and this program will not be effective until notice is published in the Federal Register. Please continue to check this website for the latest information on implementation of this program.
