USCIS Releases Update on H Visa Cap Counts

The USCIS released updated figures concerning H Visa caps, and the current number of visas that remain available. We are closing in on caps for both H-2b and advanced degree carve-out H-1B's. For exact figures, please see http://uscis.gov/graphics/services/tempbenefits/cap.htm.
